Installing BEX2010 remotely fails

Has anyone else had experience with this? In the installation logs I am receiving a WIM error: 1625. Searching through Symantec's site only comes back with a 1624 or (I think) 1612 error. Google searches turn up nothing as well. Have tried calling, but unable to get through. Thanks!
