Job Stucks

Hi,

When Taking backup on Tape, If the Remote Server restart during backup the Backup Job continues to run for many hours.

When we try to cancel the job and need to restart. The Job does not cancel. Either need to restart the server or Services.

Any solution for the same.

    Check that there is no outstanding alerts to respond to.

    HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\
    create a Dword KeepAliveTime and set it to decimal 5000
    Check if this helps. Create it on the BE server and reboot
    the server for the settings to take effect
