Licensing problem

Hi,

I have installed new BE2102 upgrade licenses for 2014 with the slf-files and the licensing information says that all is licensed and installed

But Home tab says "000" days remaining?

How do I fix this this problem?

    000 Days remaining is referring to the "Maintenance" licenses and not the product licenses.

    This does not affect the product functionality, though you may install these "Maintenance" licenses as well in the same way as the product licenses were installed. The maintenance licenses will have the word maintenance enclosed in ()

    Hello A.O.,

       As alredy updated above you are indeed hitting a known issue mentioned in technote "https://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH213370"

     

    Where can I see this info that SP3 is installed?

    Open Backup Exec console and go to Backup Exec configuration button (yellow buttong on on left top corner besides HOME tab) --> Installation and Licensing --> Installed Updates

    Here it will show if SP3 is installed or not.

    Yes indeed, I have Service Pack 3 installed.

    So, I should wait for a patch or hotfix of this problem.

    Hello A.O.,

       Yes. Please subscribe to that technote. Whenever this issue will be resolved the fix will be delivered in SP release and that technote will be updated. If you have subscribed to the technote then you will get email notification about the same.
