Linux Redhat/Centos Clients Backup Failing - 0xe000feba - An unknown error occurred NDMP

Client is Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.2
Windows is the Media Server - running 2012 R2

Ralus agent installed, beremote is running, user we created authenticates with tests, however, when doing the backup,
it fails - V code above and hex error code above.
