I am attempting to restore from a tape to the first time, I have the two files that I would like to restore and I would like to restore them to the local drive on the media server.

The remote systems agent had stopped running, restarted and it worked

Media Server could not connect to the remote computer, remote computer may not be running Backup Exec

When you set up the restore job, select the redirect option

I have selected the redirect option,
I put c: as the drive and \temp as the path,
Below is the error that I am recieving.

The Restore Target Screen
has an item that is "All Resources"
It will not allow me to click under to see any devices and it says that this items is for display only to enable browsing.
