Missing Administrative shares for clustered resource

I recently upgraded from Backup Exec 12.5 to 2010 R3.  My Backup Exec Media Server is 32bit Server 2008 with SP2.  I am running Backup Exec 13.0 Rev 5204 on the media server and on the remote agents.

Backups had been proceeding along with no major problems until last night.  I have a Windows 2003 server cluster that I was able to back up all of the drives/admin shares using 2010 R3 with no problems.  Now Backup Exec can't see all of the admin shares that it could see the day before.  There are no problems with the cluster as I can access all of the drives within Windows.  I don't see anything out of the ordinary in the Event Viewer Logs on the media server or the remote server.  I restarted the remote agent on the remote server but that didn't help.

On the cluster there are 4 groups.  Three resources contain the resources I can't access in Backup Exec.  They show up as online and I can access them via UNC.
