Missing Files in Shadow Copy Component

Hi, 

I hope someone can assist us and that we're not alone in this. We have Win2k12 R2 OSISoft PI Server with version 3.5.X being backed up by BE 2016 through Shadow Copy Component. Backup seems to be successful - no errors, no exceptions, but restore is a different story. Restore of Shadow Copy Components don't restore .exe files located in PI\adm and PI\bin. Seems to me that these files were not backed up by BE to begin with.

We would like to get this Server fully backed up while the PI services are running. Hope someone can advice. Thank you.
