NDMPD.NLM port change

Hello, anyone familiar with changing the default port # on the ndmpd.nlm? I'm trying to backup a NetWare 6.5 box from a WINDOWS server and I had to change the port number on the backup server due to an application required port 10000. I've instaleld the remote Agent, however it can't be seen from the server. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
