NSF file being skipped

I'm continually getting NSF files skipped, even though they are selected via the Lotus Notes Selection.
They have NOT been picked via the flat file.

Backup- 192.168.1.72|D: 
File 192.168.1.72|D:\Lotus\Domino\data\admin4.nsf is in the backup selection list but was not found.
File 192.168.1.72|D:\Lotus\Domino\data\certsrv.nsf is in the backup selection list but was not found.
File 192.168.1.72|D:\Lotus\Domino\data\cldbdir.nsf is in the backup selection list but was not found.
File 192.168.1.72|D:\Lotus\Domino\data\names.nsf is in the backup selection list but was not found.

I turned on logging but don't have any ERROR entries in them for the listed db's above..
(Can provide the log's didn't want to post them here)
I did a Full backup using just the selection above and that worked fine no errors. 
I then did a backup via my "whole" system selection (which is an incremental) and it failed like it does evertime.

The only thing different to my other servers are these servers are using Lotus Domino Clustering.

    A litte more info, if I do a full backup it gets all databases,

    This issue seems to be when doing incrementals,

    Backup- 192.168.1.71|D:
    File 192.168.1.71|D:\Lotus\Domino\Mel0\mailtest.nsf is in the backup selection list but was not found.
    File 192.168.1.71|D:\Lotus\Domino\Mel0\names.nsf is in the backup selection list but was not found.
    File 192.168.1.71|D:\Lotus\Domino\Mel0\tester.nsf is in the backup selection list but was not found.
    File 192.168.1.71|D:\Lotus\Domino\Mel0\ytnames.nsf is in the backup selection list but was not found.
    File 192.168.1.71|D:\Lotus\Domino\Mel0\certlog.nsf is in the backup selection list but was not found.
    File 192.168.1.71|D:\Lotus\Domino\Mel0\certsrv.nsf is in the backup selection list but was not found.
    File 192.168.1.71|D:\Lotus\Domino\Mel0\cppfbws.nsf is in the backup selection list but was not found.

    anyone know why this is happening?
