Outlook with DLO Agent

Hello my friends,

Why microsoft outlook stays starting for a long time when backup is running?
Many times I have to close DLO Agent and reboot Outlook.
This problem is not often, but if it happens with many users in the company.
Please some comments would be helpful.
I attach the picture of my problem.

    ...it could be due to DLO backing up the *.pst file...

    Hello,

    I don't understand, maybe the file pst file is corrupt?

    What version of DLO are you using?  Maybe you should post this question on the DLO forum.

    If Outlook 2010 is a 64-bit version, then it is not supported.  See the document below

    Do ensure, you are using the VSS method to backup the .pst files and not Message Incremental method. This issue can occur when using the latter method due to the way MAPI calls work. (VSS method is available only from SDLO 7.0 onwards)
