Probem when hooking up a new media server
Hi,
Presently I'm having two media servers running win 2k3 hooked to an i2000 library without any issue. I want to hook up another media server. But cannot get the library to come up properly in device manager. It comes as medium changer and under that I get quantum scalar i2k, but it shows a yellow i letter. Until this problem is solved, BE will not see the library. Does anyone have an idea of this? Thanks

You must tell the library to present itself to the WWN of the hba in your new server.
Go to Setup --> Device --> Access --> FC Hosts in the ADIC console select the WWN of the new server then click on Lun Mapping.
Should be able to figure it out from there
