Problème sauvegarde états systèmes

Bonjour,

 

Depuis les dernières mises à jour de Backup Exec, plusieurs de nos clients rencontrent des problèmes avec leur sauvegarde. En effet, la sauvegarde des états systèmes sont très très longs et plantent souvent. Et que ces états systèmes soient locuax ou distants.

OS : Windows 2008 R2

Backup Exec 2010 et Backup Exec 2010 R2

    You can just upgrade from R2 to R3.  The licence keys are the same for both R2 and R3.  

    You can download the installation DVD from either www.backupexec.com or from the Fileconnect site. Before you upgrade, stop all the BE services and the BE SQL instance and backup the Data and Catalog directories under the BE installation directory.  This is in case there is a problem with the upgrade and you need to revert.

    Slow system state backup is a known problem which is resolved in BE 2010 R3

    Thanks for your reply.

    Is it possible to update 2010 R2 to 2010 R3, or is it needed to do a fresh install ?
