We try to upgrade from 2010 R2 to 2010 R3, when run the browser.exe we cannot see the content of the install page.
we see this:
Any idea what causing this?
Then you need to see where you can repair IE, and check the Event Viewer for any errors logged there.
Also make sure Windows is fully patched.
Is this on an ISO?
You can try a restart of the server and then run the upgrade again. Stop any AV running in case this is causing the issue.

Yes this is a ISO, I used the same ISO to install the BE in a Test enviorment and it did work
I did disabled the AV on this machine, also this server just last night was rebooted (windows updates). but still get this same issue.
can I run the setup directly from
F:\Install\ISOs\Backup_Exec_2010_R3_13.0.5204_ZOnder SP1\BE\WinNT\Install\BEx64 right?

use the setup file in the root of the ISO. Either setup.exe or browser.exe.
So, try the following:
1. get an ISO application and then use this to mount the ISO.
2. Open up mstsc.exe (if using remote desktop) as follows: mstsc.exe /admin and run the browser.exe again.

I dont have seyp.exe in the root directory, only browser.exe.
If I run the browser.exe then get the page that you see.

this server is a Terminal server in a data center, so we did download the iso then extract it and run the browse.exe from there. just to be sure the iso if good I just run the browse.exe on other server and everything shows there.
I think this issue is IE brwoser.

also did reset the IE to its default settings but still get the same issue

OK...if this works from another server, have you tried to mount that ISO on another server and share that? Or try redownload the ISO?
