Problems with backup in Media Server, in CASO server it´s ok!

I can´t to do backup in my Media Server, in the Caso server the problem not occured.
The problem occured only to tape, to disk it´s ok too.
I tested in other server (tests), I installed backup exec 12.5 as CASO and the backup jobs completed successfully, after, I re-install backup exec as Media Server e the jobs failed.
The problem occurs with SQL or File Share, VMWare, etc., all types.
