Sir i have uploaded a print screen picture of my concern, infinite - Do not overwrite under "overwrite protected until" column andNot appendable under "not appendable until" column. is there a chance to overwrite the data on that particular tape and accept an appendable set again like a normal overwrite and appendable operation?
No, the tapes won't be overwritten with those settings, nor will they append.
You need to either format the tapes (recommended) or manually move them into a media set (not really recommended)...best you make sure you don't need any data on those tapes before reusing them.

Ahh alright but i have problem, i can't do the format operation because the format function is disable (Robotic library 0001 (0009-0016) does not support the format operation).
is there a way or option on how to format those tape sir?
You have to open up the details of the library and bring up the list of tapes - as you format each tape and not a whole library (or in this instance a library partition)
