Restore a table from a database backup

Hello,

Not sure if this question is already answered. But, can we restore a single table from a database backup (for example SQL, Oracle, etc.)?

In other words, can we select a table from a database backup and restore it without restoring the database? (just like selecting a single email to restore in an exchange backup)

If yes, what is the procedure?

    No.  This cannot be done.
    If this can be done, the restored table would probably be out of sync with the rest of the tables.
