run jobs on device question

hello 

i have 2 tape drives not library they are in the same box, i have daily job that run Monday to Friday and the month end job that run the last day of the month.

i set my daily job to run  on any tape cartridge storage and i for my monthly to run on tape drive 2.

for holiday its perfect for the daily job it took the oldest first then the other etc...

my problem is when a month end is during the week like yesterday my daily job took the blank tape first on drive 2 instead of the one for the daily. and my monthly was waiting for a blank or scratch media 

how can i still set my job to run any tape cartridge storage but be able to run job (monthly) on tape 2 without having to care if my daily job will take the blank one ?

    Schedule your monthly job to run before the daily job.

    ok but normally we do the monthly after the daily but i think it's feasable
