Scratch media shows not appendable
1 ) I have one scratch media but it shows not appendable
What could be the problem, how to solve
Please help

Any media in scratch has to be overwritten, hence it is not appendable as an append is not an overwrite. All BE versions define scratch media the same way.
EDIT: If your backup jobs are set to start as Append then overwrite if no appendable available, or set to start as overwrite they will be able to use the media
