secuirty certificate signing request failure

Backup has stopped and i have checked, error message as under:-
backup exec cannot establish a trust with the remote computer because of a secuirty certificate signing request failure. you can attempt to resolve this issue by re-estabhishing the trust between the backup Exec server and the remote computer.
kindly help, using Backup Exec 2012 version

Already tried establish trust manually? (image attached)
If you tried and failed, try reinstall the agent.
