SQL transaction log is not truncate

Hi,

I just did full database log backup but size of logs are still 50gb. I did not get any errors. Why the size of log file is the same. I did full db backup 2 days before and got warning that I have to do logs backup, I did log backup today but size is same, why it does not trancate?
