Do you mean for Disaster Recovery purposes?
If so, you restore the last full and then the last diff

You have to restore differentials / incrementals on FULL backup. First restore full backup and once done restore the most recent differential backup to the same location as FULL.

Follow the steps for Disaster Recovery in the Admin Guide, using your last FULL tape(s)
When this completes, Restore from your last DIFF
