Symantec Backup Exec 2010 error e000846b

Hi,

I have a problem with my backup. Sometimes it fails but i don't understand why

I already reinstalled the remote agent on the server many times at the same version that the server.

In SGmon, i found this error message "Could not resolve the "bews-ndmp" or the "ndmp" service, error code: 10109, using port 10000"

I tried to modify the dns name of the server by his adress ip but i have the same error.

I use backup exec 2010 R3 Version 13.0 Revision 5204
