Excerpt from the above KB:-
Set the value of the following registry key to 0 and restart the BE services for the Lock/Unlock operation to be available ~
HKLM\software\Symantec\Backup Exec for Windows\Adamm\Disable Library Door Lock
- MubasheruddinLevel 3
Thanks for the registry key, it worked after restarting BE services.
