Support for Windows Server 2012 is coming out with the next release of BE 2012. The Beta notification already alludes to this, so best to wait for that to be released.

Installing BE 2012 on Windows 2012 isn't yet supported. Even if you get it to install, you will not get any support from Symantec incase of any issues. So better not to install.
