Symantec BE: Error al crear instantánea de una máquina virtual, no pudo desactivar una aplicación

Hola.

Tengo problemas en el funcionamiento de Copias de Seguridad de Máquinas Virtuales, dándome el siguiente mensaje de error al punto de cambiar la hora de la Máquina Virtual:

"V-79-57344-33899 - No se pudo realizar una copia de seguridad del recursos porque se produjo un error durante al conexión al agente para Windows. La versión correcta del agente para Windows debe estar en ejecución en el equipo de destino."

La máquina virtual tiene el agente instalado y actualizado, así como tiene todas las actualizaciones de Windows actualizada. 

Todo está virtualizado con VMWare, y las Máquinas Virtuales tienen unos Windows Server 2003 y otros Windows Server 2008 R2.

 

Agradezco la ayuda, me urge hacer funcionar los respaldos.

    You might want to check the following

     
    1) on the remote server, check that the remote agent service is running
     
    2) open the remote agent utility and make sure that it is publishing correctly to the media server
     
    3) make sure that you can ping from the media server to the remote server and vice-versa
     
    4) make sure that there is no firewall blocking port 10000
     
    5) on the remote server, check that there are no other applications using port 10000.

    From your media server, try pushing out the agent again to the server giving you this error...if it really is fully patched and updated to the latest level, it's going to tell you that.

    Also make sure the RAWS agent is running on the server giving you the error.

    Gracias.

     

    Logré resolver, revise la utilidad de S Backup Exec y coloque las credenciales del servidor de respaldo, adicional cambié la configuración del Firewall. (Todo ello en la Máquina Virtual al cual le hago el respaldo).
