tape cannot be overwritten

Hi Veritas support,

After upgrading BE2010 to BE15 FP3, there is one tape in scratch media but cannot be used. Tried to erase the tape with below error. Please advise. Thanks

Final error: 0x13 - The media is write protected.
Final error category: Other Errors
Completed status: Failed

    ...make sure that the tape isn't physically write protected with the tab slid across.
