Tape Drive Discovery when Backup Exec restored to a test machine with a tape drive.

When test restoring Backup Exec server to another PC with a tape drive attached, we seem to be having discovery issues. The tape drives show up in device manager. We can scan the library, but they fail to initialize. I have attached screenshots to help explain our issues.
