Trial download of BackupExec 20.6 fails

I've downloaded a trial version of Backup Exec 20.6 from https://www.veritas.com/form/trialware/backup-exec.  The file provided is BE20_0_1188_2718.zip, which unzips to BE1188.2718RSP6_x64bit.exe. On my Windows 2019, the program starts, extracts files, then present the error message "This package is for media servers only. Run the package on a Backup Exec media server then update all remote agents."  

Have they provided a patch file instead of the install mass?  Apparenly I can't call them directly as this is a trial.  

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
