Trial install issue

I have just downloaded the trialware for Backup Exec, I have he iso mounted on my server but I cannot get the installer to run.  It pops up, starts the install then disappears. Any help to get this trial running would be great, thanks.

    Does it get as far as running the Environment Checker?
    After you extracted the zip file and mounted the ISO what did you click on next?
    Did it then prompt for the language to use?

    Try running the installer as an Adminstrator
