Unable to backup Sharepoint Server 2007
We had Sharepoint Server 2007 on Windows Server 2003 R2 and SQL Server 2005 on Windows Server 2003 R2.
Also we had a job which backed up Sharepoint farm. All was well.
Company management venture to migrate to Sql Server 2008 on windows Server 2008 R2.
We configured backup job for Sql. It works fine. But we cannot configure backup job for sharepoint.
There is an error in backup log:
e00084af The directory or file was not found, or could not be accessed
Also, when I try to select resourses in Sharepoint Farm I had error as in http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/288513.htm. I can not select SQL databases in Sharepoint Farm, but I can select those databases in SQL backup job without error.
We use Symantec Backup Exec 12.5 SP3 with latest hotfixes (from live update).
I searched for resolving but can not find suitable issue. Symantec engineers please help!!!
