unable to contact the local remote Agent

Hello,
we have a little Problem with "Backup Exec 2011"
We have a NAS an our Network and we want to copy every friday all date from the NAS Folder to a LTO-Tape. We create an Job on Backup Exex and it works but every time if the task finished we get the message" V79-57344-3844 The Media- Server was unable to contact the local remote Agent..." Of course there is no local remote agent on the NAS! It is only a NAS. But what is wrong, is there a possibility to remove or block the message? The Backup is okay but we dont want to see this message!
has anyone an idea?
You cannot get rid of that error message as a remote agent cannot be installed on a NAS box.
Although the job status will appear as failed but if you open the restore window you will find that
the data has been backed up properly.
