Unable to install backup exec 15 feature pack 3 on server

I am trying to install the backup exec 15 feature pack 3 on server. I have tried it to install manually but failed to perform this activity.

&nbsp;

I am getting error 'The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable'.

Failed to access msi file from [A:\BE\winnt\install\bex64\install\media\]&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Whats the issue.

Copy the installation file to a local disk on the server.

Also login locally to the server when you do the install. Don't use a RDP session
