Also can I do the upgrade from the LiveUpdate from the dashboard?
No. You have to download the BE 15 installation DVD from either www.backupexec.com or my.veritas.com.
Also, you would need a new set of licence keys. Your existing licence keys will not work. The upgrade is free if you are on a current maintenance contract.

No. Your BE 2014 licence keys would not work with BE 15. For the current status of your licences and to get a new set of licence keys if you're eligible, contract the Veritas Licencing department. Dial your local support number and select Option 2
