Upgrade auf BE 2012

Hallo zusammen,

habe mal eine Frage als ist es richtig das ich als Kunde von BE 2010 kostenlos auf 2012 upgraden kann (mit gültiger Maintenance-/Supportabonnement)? Wenn ich versuch auf 2012 upzugraden erscheint immer nur 2010r3

    If you have a valid support contract then you are eligible for a free upgrade to BE2012.

    You can directly upgrade from BE2010 (R1,R2 or R3)  to BE2012.

    Before upgrading stop SQL server BKUPEXEC service and make a copy of DATA and CATALOGS 

    folder, these folders are located at X:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\
