Upgrade from Backupexec 9.1 to 10.0 - Mount failure errors

I setup a new server with Windows 2003 Server as the operating system. Backup Exec 9.1 was initially installed. Was able to perform simple backup jobs.

When I upgraded from Backup Exec 9.1 to 10.1. When I tried performing a simple backup, I received the following error message: "Error - Mount Failed. Physical Volume Library Drive not found."

Any ideas on how to resolve this will be greatly appreciated.
