Upgrade to BE2012 SP3
Dear All,
I have BE2012 installed in my environment and we need to upgrade the same to BE2012 SP3. Request you to pl let me know the best practices document and also the pre-requistes that has to be satisfied.

Before installing SP3 stop all Backup Exec services and make a copy of Data and Catalogs folder.
After installing SP3 push install updates on all Remote Agents.
