Upgrade to from 2015 to 2016

Hello,

has anyone do the update from backup exec 2015 to 2016.

The installation wizard hangs since 1 hour by Microsoft SQL Express Installation. Please wait....

I'm not sure if I should wait any longer or if I cancel the installation...

There are no errors...

    Hi, Have you manually stopped all the services including the SQL service before doing the upgrade? Also make sure no AV is running during the upgrade...I've had McAfee corrupt the BEDB during upgrades before! Thanks!
