V-79-57344-760 - Unable to open the item Database - skipped.

Hi All.

I have Backup Exec 2010 and Exchange Server.

I have configured daily full backup from Exchange Server and it completes successfuly.

Now I want to restore a mailbox from the backups which i have.

I have attached My Exchange Server Diagram.

I have installed Exchange management tools on the Backup Exec.

I am using user "bkuser" for taking backups.

this user is member of Domain Admins, Exchange management, and i have configured a mailbox in the exchange for this user i have checked and this user is able to send and receive Mail.

I want to restore a mailbox from the backups but it fails with the error:

V-79-57344-760 - Unable to open the item Database - skipped.

Final error: 0xe00002f8 - Cannot open one or more mail messages because of unknown MAPI errors. Review the job log for more information.
Final error category: Resource Errors
i have attached a photo which indicates that Backup Exec tries to restore on mailsrv2 can you tell me what does it mean?

I have attached Restore log file in the forum.

Can you please help me to resolve the isue please?
