V-79-57344-760 - Unable to open the item Database - skipped

Hi

I have Exchange 2010 Service Pack1.

Backup jobs are successful.

During creating a restore job i can browse all the user's mail.

but after running a restore job to restore a user's mailbox it gives the following error:

V-79-57344-760 - Unable to open the item Database - skipped

 

I have attached the job logs.(job error rar file)

 

I have done the follwing documents but still error persists(Technical Documents rar file)

I have followed the same as these documents line by line.

 

I have installed Exchange management tools on the Backup Exec 2010R3.

 

Can you help me to solve the problem please?

    Restoring from tape or disk?

    If from tape, try and duplicate the backup to disk first.  Then do your restore from the disk file.

    Can you please update the logs, un-able to view the .rar files you attached.

    Does the CAS and Mailbox Are installed on the same exchange server?

     

    Have You tried Redirect restore to the same mailbox?

    Hi

    CAS and Mailbox Exchange Roles are installed on two separate problems.

    but in job logs it shows that it is restoring on the CAS Role.

    as you an see in job log at the end of the log ,it is restoring on mailsrv2 and mailsrv2 is my CAS Role.
