Veritas and DELL LTO

Hello
I'm aware this is simple for you but it is new experience for me
First time in my life I have Lto with 8 slots and verits.
I want to change type in slot 6 when I try to do it from device panel
(export function) I see msg about locked door
When I try to o it form veritas (export function) task is finished with
success but type still isn't ejected
Could you send me any simple procedure to load and unload types to
/from LTO ?

    Assuming this is a 122T, using BE to run Export/import does not work with that library. You need to manually export/import tapes by using the front panel on the library/drive.

    To unlock the library choose "unlock" from the device menu in BE. Then export/import from the front panel. All other functions work via BE as far as I have experienced!

    The issue with DELL 122T is that it does not respond to Export/Import commands in Backup Exec. The job starts normally in BE, and you get the messege "plesase remove media...". But you must use the front panel menu to physically export/import tapes to/from the device.
