Question

Hello!Need help.We have:1. Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 CU7 (2 servers)2. Veritas Backup Exec 20.0 1188.2718 (backup server use specific account and this account added into Organization Managment group of AD - full permission in Exchange Servers)Error - Veritas Listed databases but access denied in databases. Specific account added in Local Admins in the Exchange Servers.Where to look?Thanks.

Also worth bearing in mind that according to the SCL (Software Compatibility List):

Backup Exec 20.6 only officially supports Exchange 2019 up to CU4. So would recommend upgrading to Backup Exec 21 which lists CU7 (https://www.veritas.com/content/support/en_US/doc/BE_21_SCL)
