I'm having a problem with credentials oracle. Everytime i insert username and password in veritas backup agent utility 20.2 always show this information.

If not already reviewed, please check this document about configuring oracle agent. There are few additional hyperlinks about configuring oracle instance on windows server and Oracle agent configuration option which should also be followed to complete oracle agent configuration with BE. Once done, it should allow browsing, backup and restore of oracle database.
