Veritas Backup Exec and software raid

Question

We have created a software 5th mode on SAS, which allows you to connect the Avago 9300-8i HBA controller in Windows Server 2019. When connecting the local disk storage, an error is displayed - "job failed configured disk storage. The job failed with the following error, Physical Volume Library Drive not available."
