Can you elaborate of what sort of support do you need?

- Do you need to purchase new licenses?
- Do you have new licenses but have problem downloading them from the download center?
For the above two scenarios, I would suggest that you contact "customer care" who can assist you 

- You have problem applying/installing the new licenses?
