Vertas Backup Excec Installation issue

Hi,

When we installing the backup excec, Microsoft vc++ failed to install. Please check the screenshot. Is there any solution to this

    Either try manually installing just this component from the BE DVD - the install files will be found under:

    X:\BE\WinNT\Install\VCRedist

    or for more details of what failed review the C:\ProgramData\Veritas\Backup Exec\Logs\BKUPINST21.HTM log file and check for yellow/red error messages.

      We had to install some windows patches, after that things work fine.
