SOLUTION:

According to the Backup Exec 2010 Administrators Guide (See related documents). Following are the requirements for incremental/differential backups of VMWare resources:

• Incremental or differential backups for VMWare resources are possible only if the virtual machine is configured with hardware version 7.
• The backup job that uses the incremental or differential backup method needs to be a Policy based job (or created using a Policy).

For your information : The Type backup is Full backup.

I don't know how to configure virtual machine with hardware version 7. Can you describe this solution ?

Or Any solution to fix my problem ?

I  read that link as your recomendation. And we have tried too backup online vmware with same host and the result is failed.
