VSS errors
When trying to run an exchange back up of our stores, i am getting a VSS error.
in searching for a resolution i came across this post regarding dll's

the failure is linking me to document ID 278273, i have verified the process/connectivity and steps on that doc but the catastrophic failure is still occuring.
backup exec 12.5, updated.
