VSS snapshot warning. File is not present on the snapshot.

'VSS Snapshot warning. File c:\program files\winpcap\rpcapd.exe is not present on the snapshot.'

This error occurs every night when backing up the system state of a terminal server (a remote server which has the remote agent installed).

Any ideas?

    I had the same error reported on my Exchange server, running Windows 2008 x64 and Exchange 2010.

    Wireshark x86 was also installed, which includes WinPcap.
    The Path for x86 installation of WinPcap under an x64 system is: C:\Program Files (x86)\WinPcap\

    So it looks like there is a reference somewhere in the system state with the wrong path.

    I am uninstalling the x86 version of WireShark and installing the x64 version to resolve this problem.
