Web Access for Backup Exec 2012?
Is there web access for backup exec like we have for endpoint?
No, no such feature exist. The BEWAC (Backup Exec Web Administration Console) did exist in old versions, but it is removed in BE11d.

You can install a remote console and access BE from a machine which is not the media server. See this article.
