What does "Success with Exception" job status on BE 2012 refer to?

Hi All,

I was running incmrental backup on BE2012, with was successful with status as "Success with Exceptions"

and exceptions are follows:

"The backup options or selections for this job have changed since the last time it ran. You should run the full backup instance of this backup definition as soon as possible to ensure complete protection."

However full backup was run prior to this.

What could be reason for this exceptions?

However verify/restore jobs are successful for the same incremental backup.
